adventure 2012: 8 days left until we leave or until we are homeles...

  Today is my last day at work, only 30 minutes left until I am free, oh so free! There have been mixed emotions, on my way to work today I had a wave of sadness go through me. I think these emotions are sprouted from the big change and the fear of the unknown and leaving the stability of comfort. I have enjoyed my job and have met some great people. I have learned a lot and it has helped me grow as a nurse; not sure what kind of nursing job I will have when I get back but knowing that I have many options excites me.
  We have a lot to do prior to our departure. Ples has been busy working on the truck and trailor; turning it into our cozy new home, he is so handy, creative and thoughtful. Our new feature is a hand pump sink and a zodie shower. I now can do the dishes and get water without having to get out of the truck and we have hot water in an instant to take a shower. We are working on organization and space and packing minimally. We are both great at orginaztion and it is a priority for us, we work so well together and can't wait to partake in all the new adventures together. Tomorrow is Ples' going away party at PVMC. The next week will be busy; filled with packing and hanging out with friends.
